Shoes
It’s been nearly 20 days. No correspondence. Zero info about my order or shipping. For a company that has a blue check on instagram I’m surprised they operate like this. I ordered packages from dh gate that got here quickly and with better communication so I have no idea what the issue is. Don’t spend your money here. Spend the extra buck at lola. And this site wouldn’t let me put 1 star.

Prescription Eyeglasses
I just received my prescription progressive eyeglasses from Ublins. I could not be please more. The prescription came out perfect. I received the glasses exactly 2 weeks from the time I placed the order. The customer service was spot on and whomever corresponded with me did so quickly and helped me considerably. I would not hesitate to order from Ublins again as they met and exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work!

1 swimsuit, 1 cover-up, 1 maxi dress - total $96
I ordered 3 items from the company and none of them fit, despite the fact that I ordered my "normal" sizes. I am 5'4" and 148 lbs - so not tiny, but not obese. The "one size fits all" cover up that was shown as coming down mid-thigh was literally t-shirt length and I could barely get it on without it tearing. The swimsuit was cut very strange and my boob hung out the "peep hole", and I couldn't get the dress over my shoulders. There web site says returns are not an issue - to contact customer service. I did and was told that my 3 options were to 1) Take a $3/item refund ($9 for a $96 order); 2) They would send me ONE new item of my choice; or 3) I could return the order to CHINA - the shipping address was a US address. I went by all the glowing reviews on their web site when ordering, but obviously those are fake. I learned my lesson - never again!

150 surgical masks - supergooddeals.com = crooks
DO NOY BUY FROM SUPERGOODDEALS.COM. I ordered 3 sets of masks about $120 total. I got an email the next day with a tracking number from DHL however it only indicated that DHL had received an electronic notification that a package is to be shipped and is awaiting transfer to the DHL location - meaning that these crooks only printed a shipping ticket. That was 4 weeks ago. I spoke to Kevin and he gave me the run around but told me that they have masks in their staten island warehouse and ship them directly out. Sounds like complete BS. Then i emailed, used their chat and still i get nonsense response that they are aware of shipping bottlenecks and proactively work to resolve them with their shippers. However they clearly never provided DHL with the package per the tracking info. I now have to waste more time to initiate a dispute. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will spend the rest of my work from home time putting up this review.
I am expecting exactly same situation as Tom. I ordered 50 surgical masks on 3/21/20. I got the tracking number next day but the item hasn’t arrived yet. I sent chat messages twice and left messages twice on the answering machine. This company is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them
I got screwed also on the mask and now have to dispute the charges, since I have nothing else better to do I'll be be filing a complaint against them in both are states attorney general office
Just like Dennis I ordered mine 4/3/2020. I also used PayPal. The same as Dennis, I have a USPS tracking number and I also paid extra for the 2 day delivery. I have attempted contact with supergooddeals unsuccessfully and have also file a dispute with PayPal. I will be working with our Post Office as well to get these people to shut down their fraud. I went to the Better Business Bureau as well and sent a complaint to the US Justice Department for fraud.

Exactly the same experience as everyone else. The seller had the gall to respond to the dispute I filed with PayPal with a USPS tracking number claiming that the package was delivered on 3/24, which as we all know is not true. How can they get this tracking set up if nothing was sent? Mind you the tracking only says it was delivered to New York, NY and the zip code. Doesn’t have my full address or name on it, so the seller could have sent an empty envelope to an address in the same zip code as mine!!! Truly despicable! Has anyone here heard from PayPal? In my case they have all the info from both the seller and myself and will be reaching a decision by May 13th. However, it seems to me that since they have received complaints about supergooddeals from other people on here, they ought to be aware of the scam and refund our money. I would love to hear about your experience with PayPal. Thank you!
