Review about: Transformer Table
Transformer table purchase
At first, I was pretty bummed about my purchase because there was a defect that customer service missed. But, once I brought it up, they totally stepped up and fixed everything. The table itself is great and works well, but they should probably up their quality control game to avoid this happening again. It was kind of frustrating that they only helped me out when things got really bad, but in the end, I'm happy with how it all turned out. Thanks!

I gotta say, I was really happy with how fast my order got here and the prices were pretty good too. Way better than other sites I looked at. Made me feel like I got a good deal. All in all, it was a good experience and I'd think about ordering from them again down the road.

I just bought a box of chocolate-covered strawberries from this company and I was really impressed with how good they were. Custom photo book
The photo book I got from this company was really awesome. They delivered it super quick, and the customer service folks I talked to were so helpful and nice. But I did run into some little problems with their program. Like, when I tried copying stuff from another document into Mixbook, the formatting didn't always stay the same. It would be cool if they had a copy-paste button instead of just using the control keys.

Poor customer service
I had a really bad time dealing with the customer service at that store. It took them forever to get back to me by email, and when I tried calling, the phone number was all messed up. I'd be on hold forever, then sent to voicemail, and eventually just hung up on. And to top it off, they made a tracking number for my order, but didn't actually give it to the delivery company until 10 days later. It was super frustrating and just plain disappointing.

Recent format and merchant change
Recently, Tophatter made some changes to how they do things and the folks who sell on there, and it's been kind of hit or miss for customers. Some sellers have good stuff for decent prices, but a lot are falling short. The new setup isn't as cool or interesting as it used to be. Now, it's easier to find the same stuff on places like eBay or Amazon, sometimes even for cheaper.
