Ordering on the site was quick and easy. One of the items I ordered was not the right thing. I emailed them about the problem and they had a replacement in the mail the next day. Quick delivery and great customer service.

Purse
The purse was pretty good, some things about it I don’t like, but it will work for a while. The thing that put me off ordering from Boscov’s again is the shipping. If they decide to use something other than FedEx smartpost, I will reconsider. It took two weeks to get my order! I cannot stand FedEx smartpost and I may not have ordered my purse if I had known that was the shipping method.
