Don't use them
My tickets with them cost $240. With the trenitali.com website, they would have cost $180
My understanding is that years ago they provided a major benefit of allowing you to buy tickets in various currencies. Nowadays you can do that with many credit cards.
If you buy now, all you're paying for is a slightly nicer website and better customer service to call if you have a problem. All the "perks" like refunds you can pretty much get with the core site for much less money.Review about: CigarPage

I ordered cigars from this company. this is my third time i ordered. There was an issue with deliver. They were supposed to give a credit. I ordered these on 4/5/22. No credit yet.
