Quality products and good customer service

I reached out to customer service and they quickly fixed the issue by giving me a credit. I really appreciated how fast they were and how willing they were to fix the mistake. Overall, I was really happy with my shopping experience at this store.

Dolphins and Sloth Calypso
I love my dolphins, John and Per. They are so much fun to watch! I also have a sloth named Calypso who is a mom and just as entertaining. Watching them brings me so much joy, and I'm thinking about getting more in the future. I've been telling everyone about them because they make fantastic gifts, especially where I live.

Hair products
I just gotta say, I bought some hair products and man, was I let down by their customer service. I mean, there was a clear defect with the product, but instead of replacing it, they kinda just dodged me. The first bottle of that thin hair stuff was fine, aside from the smell, but the second bottle had a totally different formula. And to top it off, the climate gel I got was all leaked out when it arrived. It blows my mind that they even have a customer service team when they don't seem to care about helping folks or backing up the quality of their products.

I love kicking off my morning with a cold-pressed juice and finishing the day with a healthy dinner. It makes me feel like I'm really looking out for myself.

Molten gold dress
I ordered this dress because it looked really pretty on the website. I clicked a few buttons and just like that, it was on its way to me! But when I got it, oh my gosh, talk about a disappointment. The fit was weird, the sleeves were different styles, and the length was all off. It looked really cheap, and the only good thing was the pretty color, like molten gold. But seriously, why was it so pricey for such a lousy dress? I sent it back immediately for a refund.

Fly fishing gear purchase
I gotta say, the fly fishing gear I got from this company is top-notch. The quality is right up there with all the big-name brands. I haven't had any big problems with my purchases, and any little hiccups that popped up were taken care of quickly and easily. The customer service team was on it, although I did find it a little weird that they'd respond to emails in the middle of the night instead of during the day. But hey, no biggie. All in all, I'm super happy with what I got.
