Leggings purchase
I just bought a pair of leggings to give to my friend as a present, but oops - I picked the wrong size! I was kinda stressed about it, but the customer service folks totally came through and made it super easy to exchange them. They got back to my email really quickly and were all around awesome. The leggings themselves are top-notch quality - no wonder my friend rocks them all the time, even for sleeping. The pockets and straps are a cool little detail that make them super handy and practical.

Bluetooth remote pair issue
I recently bought a couple of tech items, and unfortunately, two of them had a problem with the Bluetooth remotes not pairing correctly. I sent an email to the company, and at first, I thought they didn't respond, but it turns out their reply ended up in my spam folder. Annie from their office was super helpful and suggested a bunch of things to try and fix the pairing issue. I tried everything she recommended, but nothing worked, so I let them know. They quickly sent me replacements that worked perfectly. I was really impressed with their customer service and how they stood behind their products. This whole experience has made me confident in buying from them again in the future.
