Subscription cancelation issue
This company is a pain to deal with. I tried to cancel my subscription but for some reason, the cancel button wouldn't work. I contacted customer support and was surprised when they wanted my complete credit card details. That's not right, and it's against the law! I even have recordings of my conversation with their support team asking for this personal info. It's really irritating and feels sketchy that their system makes it so hard to cancel a subscription.

Audiobooks app credits
I haven't had a chance to really use the main feature of the app yet. I accidentally used my credits to buy audiobooks and reached out to customer service for help. I haven't heard back yet, but I get that it's probably because I messaged them over the weekend. Hopefully, I'll get some answers soon. Also, it would be helpful if customers were told when a title is a VIP title so they don't use their own credits by mistake. The two credit systems work differently, and I would have made different choices if I knew about this. Thanks!

Purple wig with bangs
Oh man, you've gotta steer clear of this company! Their wigs are just awful, seriously. I ordered this purple wig with bangs and it was nothing like the photo. The quality is just trash! The hair feels like shiny plastic rope, definitely not real hair. I tried to send it back, but their customer service was all over the place. I spoke with five different ladies and they each had different answers and procedures, like seriously, what a mess! I've learned my lesson, never again will I buy from them. Do yourself a favor and check out other companies before wasting your cash here. Trust me on this one.
