Dress return issues
I'm really frustrated with the service I've been getting from this company. I returned a dress that cost $129 and was told several times that I'd get a refund to my PayPal account. But I still haven't seen that money come back to me. On top of that, I ordered three pairs of capris that never arrived. When I asked about it, they said the capris were sent to a different address. It's crazy! I always use autofill for my address and I know I didn't mess up. And to make matters worse, I haven't gotten a refund for the missing items either. It feels like I'm just throwing money away!

Items received were defective
I just got some faulty stuff from AliExpress, and man, I gotta tell you, I was super bummed out by how little help I got from them. I tried to reach out about the problem, but all I got was unhelpful answers and no solutions at all. Their customer service was definitely not up to par and didn't give me any confidence that my issue would be fixed. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I'm gonna have to think long and hard before I buy anything from AliExpress again.

Quick and easy booking
