Electric toothbrush
The electric toothbrush I got from this company was really great, both in terms of how well it worked and how it looked. The design was sleek and modern, and the bristles were gentle but did a good job of cleaning my teeth. But I've got to be real, dealing with their subscription service was a pain. I thought I was signing up for a one-time purchase, but the way everything was worded made it seem like a monthly subscription. When I tried to cancel, I had to go through a bunch of confusing steps and click the "cancel this subscription" button more than once. It felt like they were purposely making it hard for me to cancel, which was a bummer considering how great their product was.

Exchange request denied
I went to the store the other day to return something that was broken, and let me tell you, the customer service was just awful. I had my receipt and the product still in the packaging, but the employee told me I couldn't get a refund because they couldn't resell it. Like, seriously? It wasn't even my fault that the item was messed up. And on top of that, the worker didn't even try to understand or talk to me about it. It was a really annoying experience.
