Subscription package
I have to say, as someone who subscribes to the company's subscription package, I am really impressed with all the different shows that WOWOW has to offer. They have everything from movies to sports, music to documentaries, and even original series. There's always something good to watch. You can tell that they really put a lot of effort into making high-quality content, and I like how they bring foreign shows to Japanese viewers.

Smoke alarm purchase
I just bought a smoke alarm from this company, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with how good it is. It came in perfect condition and works just like they said it would. Plus, the warranty they offer gives me peace of mind in case anything goes wrong. The customer support team was super helpful and always got back to me quickly when I had questions or needed help. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.

Swimwear return process
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how the return process went down for the swimwear I bought. First off, getting charged $3 per item for returns is not something you see every day, especially in this retail game. And to top it off, it took a whole month for them to process my return after they got the items back. Then they hit me with another waiting game of 1-2 weeks for the refund to actually hit my credit card. That's just not cool.
On top of all that, the swimwear itself wasn't all that great. One of the pieces was already looking worn out and falling apart when I got it. This whole thing has left me feeling pretty let down, and I won't be giving this company any more of my business.
