Upgrade experience disappointment
Had a terrible experience with the upgrade process. I've been a loyal customer for so long, but when I wanted to upgrade my services, it was a disaster. The representative treated me like I didn't matter at all. It took four frustrating emails just to schedule an appointment, and even then, it was a mess. The link to book the appointment had one time, but the confirmation email had a different time. When I asked for clarification, they said I missed the appointment already. It was a bad experience overall, made me feel really frustrated. So, I decided to switch to another service. I found this site called Rabbitsign that not only meets my needs but is also free forever!

Balloons, decorations, and party supplies
I ordered a bunch of balloons, decorations, and party supplies from Party City for my birthday bash. I was super pumped about it because I really wanted everything to look awesome for all my friends. But man, my package didn't show up when it was supposed to. I was bummed out because the party had already come and gone and I never even got to use any of the cool stuff I had ordered! I tried reaching out to Party City about it, but they couldn't even give me a straight answer on where my package was. It was supposed to get here on January 26th, and now it's already February 8th! I had ordered way in advance because of all the Covid craziness, but it took them forever to even get back to me. And when they finally did respond, it was just some automated message. Talk about a major letdown!

Broken soldering iron
I mean, I got this soldering iron and it's, like, completely busted, ya know? Been trying to reach out for help since December, but, like, nobody's responding to my emails. It's seriously driving me nuts, ya know? Why is it so dang hard to get some assistance?

Travel booking experience
The company needs to do a better job of clearly showing prices in US dollars, providing refunds for travel insurance when flights get cancelled, and keeping customers informed when airlines cancel flights. In my case, I had to constantly call for updates, rebook flights through the airline, and wait a whole week for a refund. If I had just booked directly with the airline, I could have easily used my credit without having to pay extra. Dealing with this third party was just way too stressful and inconvenient, so I definitely won't be using them again.
