I've had really good experiences with this company. They gave me a quick refund and even asked if I wanted the brand name med instead. Even though the big, crunchy tablet was a bit tough for my dog to swallow, I managed to get her to eat it by hiding it in chunks of cheddar cheese. Ever since then, I've been regularly ordering NexGard and HartGard every year from World Pet Express and have been really happy with the service, convenience, and savings. I think there are lots of other customers like me who are satisfied with their experience, but negative reviews tend to stand out more. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving World Pet Express a shot if you need pet meds without a prescription.

I bought $80 worth of coils from this company, but the order never showed up. I tried to contact customer service a bunch of times, but got no reply. Turns out, the company isn't even in California like I thought, it's actually in China. Looks like I got scammed by an overseas company, classic.
