Eyeshadow palette
I've had the worst experience ever! I ordered an eyeshadow palette, and get this, it got "lost in transit" two different times! Can you believe that? They claimed it never even left their warehouse. I mean, seriously? They mentioned they couldn't send a replacement internationally, so I had to place a new order. Thankfully, they matched the price to what I paid initially, but it's just so frustrating. They tried to blame it on my address, but I'm pretty sure the issue is on their end. I'm super annoyed and definitely won't be making any more purchases from them.

Affordable connectivity sign-up
I was trying to sign up for this affordable connectivity program, it was a mess. I got transferred twice in the chat and then the last guy, Chris, ended the convo. Like, seriously? If Verizon didn't want new customers through this program, then they shouldn't have taken the money. They should be serving everyone, that's their job. They always talk about being better than everyone else, but their attitude isn't cool, you know what I mean?

I bought a game code, but when I tried to use it, it was already used. It's so frustrating! I sent a screenshot to customer support to prove it, but they didn't believe me and said it was impossible. Now I have to deal with PayPal to get my money back. Don't trust the reviews on this website, they're not honest.

SUP board and accessories
I got a SUP board and some gear from this company and man, it was a total bummer. Trying to place my order was a mess - there were so many delays and they kept mixing up my stuff. And don't even get me started on customer service, it was like talking to a brick wall. The prices were way too high for what I got. And when my stuff finally showed up, it was late and not what I was hoping for. Overall, it was just a bad time and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
