Padeltas purchase
I bought a Padeltas from this company as a gift, but it never got delivered and was sent back to them. I tried to sort it out, but after three weeks of waiting, I had to reach out to them about my Klarna payment. They re-sent the bag without me asking, even though I just wanted a refund. They ignored my emails about it.

Natural products, moisturizers, masks, coffee cream
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this brand and everything is made with natural ingredients and no yucky toxins. The coffee cream was my jam because it actually made my skin feel moisturized. But the moisturizers and masks just smelled nice, didn't really do much for my skin. I like that they're all about clean ingredients, but most of their products didn't do much for me.
