Wedding dress purchase
I was a little nervous about ordering my wedding dress online without being able to see it in person, but I decided to go for it and I'm so glad I did. The dress turned out amazing, it's exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with it. Everyone keeps telling me how beautiful it is and they can't believe I got it online. The customer service was also really great, they were super helpful and made the whole process easy. Thanks for making wedding dress shopping stress-free!

Loyalty benefits issue
I'm really annoyed because I thought I was gonna get free next day shipping but then they tried to charge me! Like, why even promise it if you're just gonna make me pay? And let's not even talk about the birthday gift thing, I got a card but every store I checked was out of stock. Ugh, so annoying!

Subscription renewal issue
I told them to cancel the auto-renewal for their program, and they claimed they did. But guess what? I still got charged and received a new license! They won't even answer my refund requests, and the auto-renewal keeps happening. Such a scam!
