Kids' game purchase
I got these two games for my kids, but when I activated and downloaded them, they turned out to be in German! There was just "DE" in the title on the product page, and the links for more info didn't work. When I reached out to customer service, they wouldn't exchange or refund the games. It's frustrating to buy games in a language we can't even read. My credit card company will definitely be hearing about this.

Bluetooth Speaker Purchase
I bought a Bluetooth Speaker from this place and man, it's been a total nightmare. They told me I'd get it in 3 days, but it took almost 2 weeks to show up. They didn't even give UPS the right info, so that delayed things. And don't even get me started on their customer service - what a letdown. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
