Tardy delivery
I ordered something way back on April 3rd and here we are on April 17th, still no sight of my package. I'm getting pretty annoyed with the lack of updates and tracking info. Every time I reach out to customer service, all they do is repeat the same canned responses with no actual assistance. And asking me to use WhatsApp for updates? Super inconvenient and just not cool. I definitely expect better service from a company nowadays.
