Limited text formatting, lacking animations
The text options on this platform are seriously lacking. I was disappointed to see that there aren't many good features like animations, and the template choices are limited. Just trying to make bullet points was a pain, which shouldn't be happening nowadays. All in all, Zyro doesn't have the tools needed to help users make their websites pop. I'm crossing my fingers that they improve things soon and add more cool text features.

The ordering process was a total nightmare! I had to call multiple times just to get everything set up, and even then, there were mistakes in my account info. The customer service reps were no help at all and didn't seem to care about fixing my issues. The pricing was decent, but I felt like I was shelling out more money than I should have for what I was getting. To top it off, the delivery of my equipment was delayed, which only added to my frustration. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
