    Ergonomic office chair purchase

    I just bought an ergonomic office chair from this store and had the pleasure of dealing with a guy named Ed. Let me tell you, Ed was amazing. He was super friendly, polite, and knew his stuff. Not only did he answer all my questions patiently, but he also gave me some great advice to help me pick the right chair for my business. Thanks to Ed, I ended up with a much better option than what I had in mind originally. His knowledge and professionalism made the whole buying experience easy and quick. It's obvious that Ed is top-notch at his job, and he definitely went above and beyond.

    Paisley pave bracelet

    I've been a customer of this jewelry brand for a long time, but I was really let down by my recent purchase of the paisley pave bracelet. The quality has gone downhill - when I got the bracelet, the pave inserts weren't even in place, they were just in a separate bag. It was basically unfinished when I got it, which was a huge disappointment. When I reached out to customer service about it, their response wasn't helpful at all and they even gave me false information about returning it. Overall, this experience was really disappointing, and I'd suggest that anyone thinking about buying from them should be careful.

    **MINUS xxxx STARS** FRAUD Buyer Beware

    I purchased several items (7 to be exact) from this company because of the high ratings. However, when I got my items, the material was cheaply made and and very poor quality. I've email them and sent a refund request via their website. I originally was emailing Amiee and she was responsive the first email. After I explained to her I want to return all the merchandise because for all those reasons above, she then went MIA... I tried emailing several more times after that. I went through Amiee, Sally, and finally Cherry. When do get the finally get a response, they saying that I can't return it because it's past the 30 days. So this whole entire time, when it was in that 30 day period, ChicMe decides to not responds to my return request. Once when for sure it passes, you can't except it. I'm outraged by this poor business ethic and my purchase was over $100 that I just lost for no reason. Note: there is no return address that is provided on their website or order. You have to go through a request or talk to someone before all of that information is provided.
    To be honest... I'm not sure if I am confident in believing their great reviews now. Buyer beware!
