Pick-up Newark Airport
This company was just awful on our trip! We were supposed to get picked up at Newark airport, but our flight was delayed so we showed up later than expected. Even though we called the driver and were told they would wait, we got hit with a $90 extra fee when we arrived. They said they'd been waiting 2 hours, but it was their mess-up for sending the driver early. We showed them our confirmation and tried to explain, but they stuck to charging extra. We ended up shelling out nearly $300 for an 11-mile trip! On top of that, the driver could hardly speak English, so talking was a struggle. We won't ever be using this company again.

Shoes with poor sizing
I just bought a pair of shoes from Calceus, and let me tell you, the design and quality were amazing! But man, the sizing was way off. Those shoes were so narrow, I couldn't even walk in them. So I called customer service to see about returning them, and they told me I had to send them all the way to Canada! It was gonna cost almost as much as the shoes themselves. They didn't offer to help with the cost at all, which left me feeling pretty annoyed and broke.

Monthly subscription billing issue
I signed up for a monthly subscription, but they charged me for an annual plan instead. I tried to fix it, but ended up canceling because of the billing issue. The customer service team tried to switch me to the right plan and offered a partial refund, but I wasn't satisfied with how they handled it. So, I had to cancel my account and now I'm on the hunt for a new option.

Recent sneaker purchase
I was feeling kinda unsure about buying after seeing some mixed reviews, but I said "what the heck" and ordered some sneakers. Wasn't expecting them to show up so quick, but they arrived in just 2 days! Pretty impressive, especially with all the usual postal delays here in Spain. Before I hit that 'buy' button, I had a few questions that got answered right away through email. That definitely helped me trust the company and the service they provide. Gotta say, I've got nothing but good things to say about the awesome service I received. Everything went super smoothly, and I'm really impressed.
