Review about: Calceus
Shoes with poor sizing
I just bought a pair of shoes from Calceus, and let me tell you, the design and quality were amazing! But man, the sizing was way off. Those shoes were so narrow, I couldn't even walk in them. So I called customer service to see about returning them, and they told me I had to send them all the way to Canada! It was gonna cost almost as much as the shoes themselves. They didn't offer to help with the cost at all, which left me feeling pretty annoyed and broke.

3 pairs of sneakers
I mean seriously, if you're into wasting your precious time sitting on the phone just to be told to keep waiting for your stuff, then Shoe Carnival is definitely your jam! I ordered 3 pairs of kicks and guess what? I only got 2. And when I finally got around to calling customer service, they hit me with the news that I gotta wait another freaking 10 days for them to even think about resending my missing pair. Like, why should I have to wait when they've already taken my cash? Shoe Carnival, time to step up your game!

Recent sneaker purchase
I was feeling kinda unsure about buying after seeing some mixed reviews, but I said "what the heck" and ordered some sneakers. Wasn't expecting them to show up so quick, but they arrived in just 2 days! Pretty impressive, especially with all the usual postal delays here in Spain. Before I hit that 'buy' button, I had a few questions that got answered right away through email. That definitely helped me trust the company and the service they provide. Gotta say, I've got nothing but good things to say about the awesome service I received. Everything went super smoothly, and I'm really impressed.

I tried for a whole month to get a response from customer service. I opened several tickets and only got one useless reply before they stopped responding altogether. I suggest not wasting your money on this company that sells low-quality jewelry.

Do not buy from DecorPlanet at any cost! Horrible customer service that is putting in a lot of effort in proving you are wrong than to solve a problem! Their system has placed a duplicate order, only one confirmation was ever sent out, but they charged me $750 shipping fee to send it back to sender and called me several times to yell at me that it's my fault. The item I didn't ordered arrived 10 days late. They'll go beyond and above their duties to convince the customer they are wrong. Previous reviews just prove that they constantly mess up orders and then blame the customer for it.
