Missing item from order
I had a problem with something missing in my order, but the customer service I got was really great. I told the seller about the missing item, and they quickly got back to me saying they messed up. They said sorry for the mistake and even gave me a tracking number for the rest of my order within a day. I was really impressed by how fast and well they fixed everything.

Amazing guide, some interesting spots, some spots hardly visited, some places not visited.
Our tour guide, Florian, was amazing! He really knew his stuff and was so welcoming. He made the tour fun and friendly, always ready to help out. There were some cool spots on the tour, but we barely got to see some places. Only 1 hour in Monaco was definitely not enough time. And we totally missed out on Avignon, which was disappointing. If they adjusted the time at some stops or removed a few, this tour would be a perfect 5 out of 5!
