I had a really great experience with customer service at this place recently. I needed to return something because I got the wrong size, and it was super easy to reach out to them. The person I talked to really went out of their way to help me out with fixing the problem. I liked how quick and helpful they were, it made everything go smoothly. Also, the quality of the fabric in the clothing I bought was impressive. I'm looking forward to ordering more stuff from them in the future and would definitely suggest this store to others.

Mattress purchase for a customer
I'm a customer who recently bought a new mattress. But, man, was I disappointed when it turned out to be way firmer than advertised. It's been a real pain trying to return it because their customer service is seriously lacking. I've had a tough time getting a real person to help me out - emails get ignored, promises made through chat and email end up being empty. I had to threaten to get my credit card company involved just to get some guidance on how to send back the mattress. Dealing with this whole situation has been nothing short of irritating and a huge time-suck. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
