Cancellation due to shipping restrictions
I ordered something on this website, but they canceled it saying they could only ship with FedEx because of a deal with their supplier. I was annoyed because FedEx doesn't deliver to my area. It's not fair that they only use FedEx when they don't cover all of the US.

High quality cases
These cases are really great, super strong and long-lasting. But man, the customer service is a major let-down. We spent a lot of money getting these cases for our company, and even though they've taken a beating, we've had problems with the latches breaking. We've tried reaching out to the repair and warranty folks multiple times, online and over the phone, but we haven't heard a peep back. It's so annoying to shell out for top-of-the-line stuff that's supposed to come with awesome customer support, only to be left high and dry with busted gear and no one to help.
