High quality cases
These cases are really great, super strong and long-lasting. But man, the customer service is a major let-down. We spent a lot of money getting these cases for our company, and even though they've taken a beating, we've had problems with the latches breaking. We've tried reaching out to the repair and warranty folks multiple times, online and over the phone, but we haven't heard a peep back. It's so annoying to shell out for top-of-the-line stuff that's supposed to come with awesome customer support, only to be left high and dry with busted gear and no one to help.

Subscription annoyance
Signing up was a total nightmare. I kept getting bombarded with emails begging me to upgrade and I couldn't get my Registration Key issues fixed. Do yourself a favor and steer clear if you want to keep your sanity and your inbox clutter-free.
