Signed up for a car thingy
I signed up for this car thing and they straight up took my money without even giving me a heads up! I told them to cancel my account and give me my money back, but they haven't done anything about it. Seriously feels like a scam or something shady going on, not a legit company. Don't mess with them, just a heads up!

Phone call issue
I called for help with a return, but somehow ended up on a sketchy scam call. It was crazy, then a robot started talking to me. I was so worried about my information being safe and my card number getting stolen. So, I hung up and called back, but they didn't really seem to care. They just said they would look into it, and then transferred me to another department without solving my original issue. To make matters worse, they sent me to a registry line that wasn't even open! What a mess!
