Leggings and Hoodie
So, I got these really cute leggings and a hoodie from this online store, right? But man, my order was stuck in processing forever! I reached out to them twice to see when my stuff would ship, but they totally ghosted me. I was getting so frustrated. Finally, I got ahold of someone and they told me one of my items was out of stock. Like, seriously? Why didn't they tell me that earlier? Anyway, they did give me a quick refund and were pretty cool about it. Once I actually talked to them, the service was good, but that initial lack of response was so annoying.
