CBD products
Binoid seriously has the best CBD products out there. They've got top-notch stuff and their customer service is amazing. I've checked out other places before, but nobody is as reliable and consistent as Binoid. And the fact that they do third party testing? That's what gives me peace of mind - I know I'm getting exactly what I expect. I've told all my friends and family about Binoid, and every single one of them has been happy with their products.

Linerbond system and supernatural series
The Linerbond system and supernatural series are game-changers for people like me. I struggled with regular glue-on lashes for so long, but these lashes are so easy to put on and they look amazing. Plus, they stay on all day without any problems. The only issue I had was with the shipping. While the company doesn't handle the delivery themselves, the 7-10 day wait for orders to be picked up can cause some big delays. For example, I placed my second order last year in early November to beat the Black Friday rush, but I didn't get my stuff until the first week of January the next year. The quality of the lashes made the wait worth it, but the late delivery was definitely a downside.

Group creation experience
My experience trying to create a group on this platform was so annoying because of a technical problem with a promo code. I tried really hard but couldn't find a customer service number to help fix the issue. It's frustrating to not have easy access to customer service in this day and age. Not having a support team ready to help customers is just not okay and really messes up the whole user experience. Companies have got to make customer support a top priority to make sure people have a good time using their platform.

Beer selection disappointment
As someone who loves beer, I was really excited to check out the new Total Wine store in Avon. I was hoping to find a big selection of craft beers, especially my go-to sweet and bold ones like Imperial Stouts, Milk Stouts, and Bocks. But when I got there, I was pretty bummed to see that they didn't have a ton of those types of beers. There was a whole aisle of craft beer, but only a small section with the ones I was after. And out of those few options, only one really hit the spot for me. I might give it another shot later on to see if they step up their game, but for now, I'll stick to my local liquor store for a better variety.
