Project kit with detailed instruction booklet
I was so surprised (in a good way!) when my project kit got here super fast. It had everything I needed to start knitting, which was awesome. The best part was the instruction booklet, it was so detailed and helpful. They even had little tips, like circling the right number of stitches for your size, which made it way easier to follow along. The knitting techniques were explained really well, even for someone like me who's just starting out.

Burberry trenchcoat from the Heritage Collection
As someone who's been a loyal customer of luxury fashion brands for a while now, I recently bought a Burberry trenchcoat from the Heritage Collection. But I wasn't too happy with how things went down during the order process. They sent the coat to a PO Box instead of my actual address. Even though they admitted the mistake, all they offered was to let me order a second coat by paying again. So, I ended up getting two coats shipped from Burberry's overseas base, basically doubling the environmental impact. Plus, their lack of flexibility and customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth. I've bought four trenchcoats from the Heritage Collection before, but after this mess, I've decided to stop getting Burberry products for good.

Online shopping experience
My experience ordering from this company was really disappointing. I ordered some products and a wellness book, hoping for a low-key shopping experience, especially since I live in Canada. But the tracking process was a nightmare from the get-go. The shipping details on my order form didn't match the actual shipping company, and the tracking link they gave me led to a Google search fail. After finally figuring out who the carrier was, the package seemed to be stuck in transit for days. The worst part was when the package arrived, the label made it super obvious what was inside, totally ruining the discreet factor I was counting on. This made for an awkward moment with the delivery person at my door, leaving me feeling uneasy and let down by how the company handled things. Even though they tried to make it right by offering a refund for a future order, I decided not to come back because of the broken trust and overall disappointment with the experience.

Order was a scam
This website is totally a scam. I ordered something and got two totally different things from what I actually wanted. And to make it worse, I never got an email confirming my order or any info about shipping. It's pretty obvious this company is shady and I feel like they ripped me off for almost $70. I'm in the middle of trying to fight them on this and hopefully get my money back. Just a heads up, you should be careful if you're thinking about ordering from this website.

Diamond Painting kit
Wow, I was totally surprised by how great the customer service was - they were super quick and helpful with answering all my questions. And the product itself? Such good quality and really well-made. I'm so excited to start working on my masterpiece with the Diamond Painting kit. I'll definitely be coming back for more items in the future.
