Unresolved customer service issue
I was really let down by my experience at Sears. I contacted them about a problem with a third-party seller, hoping they would fix it quickly. But their customer service was just not up to par. I tried reaching out three times, and I'm still dealing with the same problem. On top of that, I've been getting some pretty unpleasant emails. It's not right for a well-known company like Sears to brush off such a big issue. I'm really disappointed and wouldn't suggest using their services to anyone.
