Ski pants purchase
I recently splurged on a pair of ski pants that ended up being pretty pricey. Unfortunately, they got a hole in the crotch after only two days of wear. I tried contacting their customer service using their Zendesk help desk, but never heard back from them. The response I did get asked for RMA details, but then they just closed the ticket without actually fixing the issue. I'm super let down by their poor customer service and lack of follow-up. Definitely won't be buying from them in the future.

Gardenia Perfume
I'm absolutely in love with this perfume - it's like my new obsession. It's so elegant and has this amazing scent that lasts all day long, but it's not too strong or overpowering. I feel like a glamorous Hollywood actress whenever I wear it. Plus, the packaging is super chic and the little details are just really impressive.
