Online purchase with delayed delivery
I recently bought something online from this store and paid extra for next-day delivery. But, I was bummed out when my order didn't show up on time. It took four whole days before the store finally reached out to me. They told me that they had to refund one of the items in my order. But they still didn't have any info on the other item. When I tried to chat with customer service, it was all automated responses and I couldn't talk to a real person to fix the problem. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the store has left me annoyed and unhappy with my shopping experience.
