    SKEEKERS men bracelet

    I ordered a bracelet for my son birthday. I received a email confirmation and nothing else.

    Read my complaint above. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took 10 days to arrive. I hope IF you get the item it works out for you. I guarantee you, it may look nice but will NOT be worth the price you paid for it but the hassle to get a refund is exhausting. I am trying to no avail.

    I have been communicating with Seekers customer service since August 29th. I received a bracelet that I am trying to return to no avail. The bracelet is ok and the packaging looks nice but it is NOT worth $399.00. But that is not even the issue. I bought it for my husband's birthday, PAID EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING and DID NOT get it in time. It took 10 DAYS to arrive when it said 2 day expedited shipping if
    you paid extra which I did. Once I received it it was not a good fit for him and I sent email asking how to return it. I have now sent over 20 emails within the past month and am getting NOWHERE. I keep getting email from someone named DAVID SMITH who will only say that I can't get a refund because there is a no refund policy on discounted items. The item I bought was marked from $399.00 to $349.00 and NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT STATE THAT MARKED DOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON REFUNDABLE! I have explained that over and over and they have no response but to say it is not refundable. I was also supposed to get a 10% discount which was never applied and I was told I did not activate it. Plus I paid additional expedited shipping and it still took two weeks to arrive. I have been asking to be connected with a manager or owner to no avail. My emails go close to a week with no response, only to get the same repeated response over and over. I just finished sending another one. I am getting NOWHERE and feel ripped off. At this point I am afraid if I even try to return the item I will not get my money back. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL GO ON EVERY SITE I CAN FIND TO WARN PEOPLE THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! If you are not near them (from doing online research it states they are based in Abadín, Galicia, Spain) and you can't find them physically DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE IN ORDERING THEIR PRODUCTS.

    I ordered several sets of a holiday pattern. 2 BOXES of the dinner plates arrives completely smashed. Their new "customer service" method as described on their phone recording is that all customer service inquiries are handled through their website contact form and are responded to in the order they are received. Oh and if you try to send more than one your response will be delayed. In the meantime they have sold out of that set and I don't know if I am getting my money back or sent another set so I can know if I need to try and order them from somewhere else so I can try to get a complete set. What kind of company has a system that essentially doesn't ever let you talk to a HUMAN!? I was prepared to order regular dishes from them but as pretty as they are, I will NEVER buy from them again. I kick myself but at the time they had a great price on the ones I wanted.

    Day and night oil set

    I don't like to shop let alone spend money. These oils caught my attention so I researched and read about them for weeks before I made the purchase. I asked for a coupon code and they gave me one, ordering was easy and I believe I received them in about a week and am in looove with them! They smell amazing and feel sooo good on your face. Your skin absorbs it like a sponge, its crazy! And even though its only been a few days, i totally feel and see a difference. Im just so happy to give up makeup and go natural thanks to these oils. Worth every single penny! Thanks so much!

    # 171-527304 I was told there was a delay because the shipping facility was closed for circomstances beyond your control, when I sent the first email and to wait a few days. no news for a week now. Has it reopened? Still have not received an email with shipping details.Should I just cancel the order?

    Glad I read all this review. It seems this company is irresponsible fulfilling the order shipments. With so many complains of people having thier credit card charged and not reciving their orderl, it shoul be reported to the business bureau.

    I ordered on 5th April and did not realize it was coming from India. Tracking said on 15 April on way to Cyprus. I live in Spain. I emailed but did not get a response. Tracking is 33604385662

    Bathing Suit

    I ordered a bathing suit in mid-February and I never received a confirmation of the order nor any tracking information. The company cashed my money on February 25. I still have not heard from them about my order, where it is, the tracking number, when it will arrive, etc. Horrible business practice. I sent a note to customer service so we will see. But, I am writing this here now because what company takes your money and two weeks later still has not given you a confirmation for your order or event tracking information???

    I ordered on 3/4 and haven't heard anything either. I think I might reverse my charge.
