Firm King Pillow
My experience with FluffCo has been horrible. Everything about this company has been unprofessional and unorganized. My order was supposed to be delivered at a certain date...when I contacted them to ask them where my shipment was, they told me that my order was on backorder and I was welcome to cancel it if I liked and that it wouldn't arrive until the end of next week. Extremely disappointed, I replied back to Travis the customer service rep that I would like to cancel. Travis never replied back to my cancellation request. The next day, I received my pillow shipment (which again I had already cancelled since I had gone ahead and purchased another pillow brand). I received an email back from Travis at that time then not even mentioning my cancellation request and rather stating that I should have received my pillow today. I replied back that I had but unfortunately I had already cancelled the order and no longer needed the pillow. Travis never replied, nor did any other customer service rep. I thankfully purchased through PayPal and after filing a dispute with PayPal, PayPal sided with me. The pillow itself is absolutely horrible...definitely not firm like I ordered...it literally sinks in and I will be donating it, but I am SO thankful that I got my $130 back. Please spend your money elsewhere, not only is the customer service invisible here, but their pillows are absolutely horrible.

I never recieved my package
I have not gotten my order or even tracking information. I cannot reach customer service. I’m going to have the charges reversed

I ordered June of 2020 for an outfit for my sons birthday and my birthday. Here we are almost into February of 2021 and still nothing. The keep telling me to check with the post office but the tracking number is too long for them to track. I just want my money back since I dont have the merchandise.

Kids masks are adorable
Really nice face masks and the price even better my girls love them.
I absolutely loved the unicorn mask that I ordered for my daughter. She's fascinated with unicorns and didn't want to take it off. I also loved the material it's made off. Good job and thanks for the awesome product and reasonable prices.
