Trainers
I ordered some trainers in late April or early May, but after they were shipped, I didn't hear anything about when they would arrive. I even tracked the package but even though the tracking site said they were delivered, I never got an email confirming it. I tried reaching out to the company and the tracking provider on Monday, but I haven't heard back from either of them yet. I've checked with my neighbors and everywhere they could've been left, but it looks like I paid for something that never made it to me.

Cocktail dress
I recently bought a cocktail dress online and I gotta say, it was a major letdown. The quality was just not up to par. It looked like it was thrown together by a middle schooler learning to sew. The fabric was cheap and the stitching was all over the place. Right after getting the dress, I asked for a refund because there was no way I could wear something that poorly made. But reaching out to customer service was a bust, they were nowhere to be found. It's super annoying when you can't get in touch with a company about a legit problem with their product. Looks like I'll have a tough time getting my money back.
