Bathing suit
I bought this bathing suit from them, but I didn't like it. When I tried to return it, they told me I had to send it all the way to China! It's way too far and would cost a fortune! I decided to just keep it because it was cheaper than sending it back. It also took forever to arrive in the mail. I'm starting to think those positive reviews are fake.

Expensive pair of boots
I got these boots last year and after a few weeks, the laces started falling apart. I didn't pay it much mind at first, just replaced them with stronger ones. But recently, one of the lace holders broke off. I tried contacting their customer service, but my messages kept bouncing back as undeliverable. I also sent an email to the only address they gave, but got no response at all. It's really frustrating to see such low quality in the boots, and especially the customer service.

Bridesmaid dress purchase
I just bought a tulle bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding and I am so happy with it! The quality and design are amazing. It fits perfectly, no alterations needed. The service was quick and the customer service folks were really helpful. I'm super happy with my purchase and excited to wear it to the wedding!
