TV purchase
I bought a TV from this company, but my son ended up chucking a toy at the screen and cracked it by accident. So, I called customer service and got hit with a surprise - they refused to replace it since I didn't have accidental coverage. I never even knew that was a thing! This whole situation is just ridiculous and totally unacceptable.

I was really impressed with the service from this company. Everything went smoothly and quickly from the moment I ordered. The suits I got were top-notch, even better than I thought they would be. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really showed, and I felt great and put together when I wore them. But what really made the difference for me was the customer service.
