I just bought some clothes from this company and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything went down. The customer service was top-notch - they were always nice and helpful. The clothes I got were amazing, just like they looked on the website. Plus, they came right on time and were wrapped up all pretty. After using the service for a bit with no problems, I ran into an issue where they said they lost connection with my bank. Even though I did everything they asked and gave them all the info they needed, I haven't been able to get the last advance I asked for in the last 6 weeks. The fact that they aren't being upfront and keep using the same excuse over and over again has been really irritating and annoying.
