I will never, ever buy from this retailer again. I returned a sleep set, total charge was a bit over $39.06. I received a credit of $16.97. This was not even the cost of the item. What a rip off. In addition, you pay shipping charges to order the item and shipping charges to return the item. Not a good place to shop.

Really foul Maple emulsion and less than stated amount of spearmint extract bottle
Beware of this company. The extract said 8 fluid ounces, but the whole unopened bottle weighed 8 ounces exact. However, that is not the worst of the order. I bought the Maple for a residential school we run in Guatemala for poor women. When I returned recently, I was told the students preferred dry pancakes to the maple syrup. I tried a very little from an unopened bottle, expiration date 8/2023. It was so foul I could not rinse out my mouth quickly enough. The chemical taste lingered. When I returned to the states, Olive Nation said they don't accept returns after 30 days. I guess that means you should not buy this product if you don't plan on using very quickly. They never did respond regarding the bottle that was shorted. When they refused to make good on another , I said I would be reviewing the products to keep others from getting scammed too. The response was "do what you want".

Digital books
I purchased digital copies of Leisure Arts instructional books last year in great part because they advertised online access to my digital library through my account on their website. I signed in to view my library to find that they deleted all my materials because they moved to a new and "impoved" website. The customer service agent, Calvin Evans, implied that this is my fault for not downloading the e-books and stated that the company will not honor my digital purchases even though I can provide their confirmation emails of those purchases and despite their promise to maintain my digital library at thectime of my purchases. This amounts to theft on their part. Shame on Leisure Arts.
I can’t access my account either. Everything is gone. All my ebooks and patterns I paid for are gone. I saved that page to my desktop and can’t access it. Says it no longer exists. That’s theft. Spread the word.

DON’T Pay for Expedited Delivery!!!! Delivery is very slow with no ability to track. I have some items in shopping cart that I will not order because I haven’t received my 1st order from 04/05/21!
I made an purchase on 4/14/21 and I also have no way of tracking my order, I am currently on a 30 min wait for a call back, and I am also waiting on a response on email. I'd like to know the status of my order.
I'm not able to access mine either and I had a lot. I did download mine and when I went into my downloads on my computer, they're not there. This is so unfair!! I'll never buy anything from them again!!!!!
