Comfortable shoes, missing pair of socks
I bought some shoes from this store not too long ago and let me tell you, they are seriously comfy. The only problem was that when my order arrived, it was missing a pair of socks. I decided to email customer service about it and they got back to me on the same day saying they would send out the missing pair. They totally delivered on their promise because the socks showed up the very next day.

I recently bought something online from this store overseas and had some trouble with duty charges when I tried to send it back. I knew I had to pay duties when ordering from the UK and was ready to handle the duty refund stuff. But then the store told me I would also have to pay duties in Italy when I sent the item back. That was new to me because I've shopped from lots of sites in Italy and other EU countries before and never had to pay duties on returns. It feels like they're trying to make it harder for people to return things, which is pretty annoying.
