International purchase, duty charges
I recently bought something online from this store overseas and had some trouble with duty charges when I tried to send it back. I knew I had to pay duties when ordering from the UK and was ready to handle the duty refund stuff. But then the store told me I would also have to pay duties in Italy when I sent the item back. That was new to me because I've shopped from lots of sites in Italy and other EU countries before and never had to pay duties on returns. It feels like they're trying to make it harder for people to return things, which is pretty annoying.

HP inkjet cartridges
This is actually my second time ordering from this place, 'cause I've got this older HP 3 in 1 inkjet printer and I couldn't find replacement cartridges anywhere in stores. The price at InkPlus is way better than what I was coughing up at the store, so I figured why not give 'em a shot. And I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. The cartridges fit perfectly, and the print quality is top-notch. I think I'll definitely be sticking with InkPlus for all my ink needs in the future.
