Elegant dress purchase
The dress I got from here was seriously amazing. The design was so classy and nice, and the quality was top of the line. I felt like a total boss wearing it, and I got a ton of compliments. It really stood out at the event I wore it to. The customer service was awesome, they were super nice and helpful. The price was fair for such a high-quality dress. Overall, my shopping experience here was fantastic and I'll definitely come back for more.

Two items from the website
I recently bought two things from the website, but it was a pretty bad experience. I was supposed to get them by a certain date, but that came and went with no sign of my stuff being sent out. When I asked customer service about it, they gave me different answers about when I could talk to them. Eventually, they said I had to wait 5 business days after the original delivery date before they could possibly cancel my order. I asked for the cancellation, but never got an email confirming it. Then, magically, my items were shipped a few days later. The tracking info didn't show any progress for a whole week, and it wasn't until I called customer service again that they offered me a refund. It took about two weeks to finally get this all sorted out, and it was super frustrating.
