I bought a fancy cutting board
I got this sweet cutting board on sale with free shipping, but when it showed up it looked super used and no knives. So, I call up customer service and they tell me they'll send me a new one, but I gotta pay for shipping. I gave them a hard time all the way up to the manager, but nobody there seemed to have any sense. It's gotta be a bunch of kids running this company!
