Colorful leggings for my baby
I gotta say, the leggings I got for my baby were just too cute! The colors were so bright and the material felt really nice and comfy, which is super important for my little one's delicate skin. Plus, I had so many patterns to choose from, so I could mix and match with different outfits. And let me tell you, those leggings held up great through all the washes, which is a big deal when you've got a messy baby on your hands. Overall, I was really impressed with how well made and stylish they were.

Books for me and my elderly relatives
I really enjoy ordering my books from Thriftbooks! I've gotten over a hundred books for both myself and my elderly relatives, and every time has been a great experience. There was one instance where I received a book that was severely damaged - looked like someone had attacked it with a box cutter! I couldn't even read some of the pages. But when I contacted Thriftbooks about it, they promptly refunded me. That's what I call excellent customer service! The only reason I didn't give them a five-star rating is because I sometimes accidentally order the same book twice. It would be super helpful if they had a feature that could alert you if you're ordering duplicates. This would especially benefit someone like me who frequently purchases books by the same author for my elderly mom and aunt.

Halloween costume
I recently bought a Halloween costume from this store, and let me tell you, it was a major letdown. I ordered it at the start of October, and as of now, it's still MIA. The tracking number says it's on its way through Fedex, but it hasn't budged an inch. It's pretty sketchy that they snatched my money right away, but I'm left empty-handed. I've tried reaching out to their customer service a bunch of times, but I can't seem to get a hold of a human being - wait times are crazy long, like 8-12 hours. This whole situation feels like a complete scam. It's sad to see a company taking advantage of folks, especially with Halloween around the corner. If this store is really linked to the trusted company I know, they need to fix this mess ASAP and put an end to this shady business.

Laser teeth whitening
I was really interested in laser teeth whitening so I went to this spot, but all they wanted to pitch me was blue light whitening. I had to go back and forth with them a few times to finally get what I came for. It was such a hassle and I ended up leaving feeling let down.
