5 "Face Shields"
Took 2 months to get my order and then of the 5 Face Shields I picked, I got none of them. 3 of them were solid color and 2 were plain camo. And its almost impossible to get in touch with CS. No phone number, just a chat. But I cant sit on my laptop for 2 hours waiting for someone to respond.

I have bought from this company twice before both times in less then a week both times my packages were delivered product is badass ,,, but this last order has yet to be delivered was sent a email saying back or ordered and no response and like other people tried calling which they once had call support yet now they have this bullshit chat that does not solve the problem yet what I don’t get they love sending me emails to buy more stuff yet they have not delivered as promised I mainly bought to give out as birthday gifts yet 3 have passed so frigging disappointed
16 pack order from 3 months ago Finally came to my house but HUGE DISSATISFACTION, I mean I ordered 16 different designs only received 2 that I wanted the rest all bullshit colors I don’t use. I mean why can’t they send everyone a email and state that due to corona virus situation all stock depleted will not be able to satisfy your request so 2 choices will wait for new replacements to come in or a complete refund I have never felt so cheated in my entire life I spent 55 dollars on colors I did not want this is not the first time I have used this company in the past this company made a happy person no problems but now I’m talking about now now I want a complete refund in my package came a small note that reads quote UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD TO MAKE THE TOUGH DECISION TO SUBSTITUTE ONE OR MORE OF YOUR DESIGNS really that was your decision WE HAVE SENT THE MOST SIMILAR DESIGNS AS REPLACEMENTS FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE SAFETY/ DELIVERY. wow so I asked for 4 westerns,4 tough guys,2 thin blue lines,4 tactical black,2 two side joker , you know what they sent me instead....... 4 joker ,4 tactical black,2 neon green,2 neon yellow,2 neon orange,2 swirling blue line mask the woman wear in their ads online we should start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.this is so wrong I feel so cheated
