Summer Dress
I absolutely loved the summer dress I got from Dark Victory! The fabric was so soft and it fit me perfectly. I got tons of compliments when I wore it. The design was really cool and stylish, it's definitely one of my favorite pieces in my closet now. I'm excited to shop there again and find more unique pieces that show off my personal style.

Flight booking with extra legroom seats
My recent experience with booking a flight through Brussels Airlines has been so frustrating. My wife and I reserved tickets for a flight from Heathrow to Dakar in Senegal with a layover at Brussels airport. I'm tall, so we shelled out extra cash for seats with more legroom on the Brussels to Dakar leg. But, three times since booking, we've been moved to standard seats, which are super uncomfortable for me on long flights. Despite reaching out to the Brussels Airlines UK service team each time, the problem hasn't been fixed. It's a letdown that the support team kept saying they'd sort it out, but here we are. They've told us to try our luck with the airport booking staff to get the seats we actually paid for. It's crazy to me that such a basic issue like assigning a paid seat is still a struggle for the customer service crew. In all my years of travel, always opting for extra legroom, this is the first time this has happened. It's frustrating to pay for something and not get what was promised, despite all our efforts to fix it.

Electric bike purchase
I just bought an electric bike from this company, and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good quality it is. The bike looks super cool and rides really well too. The customer service was top-notch as well, with staff who knew their stuff and were really helpful when I was buying it. All in all, I am very happy with my experience with this company and definitely think their electric bikes are worth checking out if you're in the market for one.

I finally found that eyebrow pencil I'm always looking for but can never find in stores. Got it on sale here. Ordering was a breeze, and my package arrived quickly and was well-protected. Really happy with my purchase and will definitely come back here when I need a refill on my pencil.

Makeup purchase
Let me tell you about my recent order. I was so excited to receive my new makeup items, but when the package finally arrived, some products were missing! It was such a bummer. But I have to say, the customer service team was amazing and sent out replacements right away. Props to them! Despite the missing items, the products are really great, especially the foundation. It's seriously like magic. One thing I would suggest to the company is maybe using less flashy packaging to prevent any more missing items during shipping. Just a friendly suggestion.

Poor product description
The ad for the product wasn't right, so I had to cancel my order. Now I'm having a hard time getting a refund because customer service won't own up to the mistake. It's been a letdown all around.
