Claimed "delivered" order
I ordered something that said it was delivered, but when I looked outside, it wasn't there. I was pretty frustrated. But when I contacted customer service, they really came through for me. The person I talked to moved quickly to figure out what happened and took care of it right away. They didn't just say sorry, they also sent out a new package immediately. And as a nice touch, they gave me some points as a way to make things right. I was really impressed with how fast and helpful they were, and it totally changed my bad situation into a good one.

Vibrating wand replacement
I bought a vibrating wand from this website not too long ago. Unfortunately, the one I got didn't vibrate at all. Luckily, the customer service folks were really quick and nice about sending me a replacement. I'm grateful for their fast help and great service. Thanks a bunch for sorting out the problem.

Shoes purchase
I was so excited when I thought I had found this website with the "cutest outfits and accessories." But man, their shoes were a major letdown. They didn't even fit right, and trying to return them was a total nightmare. I had high hopes for a site that brags about being so awesome. Lesson learned - I won't be shopping there again.

Frozen food purchase
The service was alright, but I was kinda bummed out by how they didn't give me a heads up about the annual subscription fee. It would've been nice to get a reminder before they charged me, like other places do. I wound up canceling my subscription because of that slip-up. Also, I thought the options were kinda limited, and the minimum order for frozen stuff was way too steep at $65.
