skirt and blouse set
Rue La La is seriously the most annoying online shopping site I've ever dealt with. The return process is a complete nightmare - I sent back my stuff and they said they didn't receive it. They act like we're always messing up, it's so frustrating. And even when you follow all the steps to return something, you still have to keep calling just to get your money back. It's such a pain and a huge waste of time.

I recently got these really awesome long pants from here and they fit so well! I'm pretty tall so it's always a struggle to find pants that are long enough for me, but these were just right! They have such cute styles to choose from, I had a hard time deciding which one to get! The ordering process was super simple, I just clicked a few buttons and they were on their way to me. The prices were a bit high, but totally worth it for the quality. Plus, the delivery was quick, I got my pants in just a few days! Overall, I'm totally in love with my new pants and will definitely be shopping here again!

Silver ring purchase
I recently bought a silver ring from this online store and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how it all went down. It's been over a month since I ordered it and I still have no idea where it's at. I feel totally left in the dark, not knowing if my ring is ever gonna show up. The fact that I can't track my order is frustrating and makes me wonder if this company can even be trusted. And on top of that, every time I tried to reach out to customer service by email, all I got back were those annoying automated responses. It was like they weren't taking me seriously and just treating me like another cog in their wheel. To add insult to injury, the shipping fees through UPS for orders outside the US are outrageous. The combination of sky-high shipping costs and a total lack of transparency in the tracking process really leaves a lot to be desired for a customer like me.

Express delivery, delayed shipment, poor customer service
I just bought something from this store and paid extra for express shipping. But guess what? It took a whole three weeks for my order to show up! And yup, you guessed it again - they still charged me for express shipping. On top of that, I tried hitting up customer service through email a bunch of times and got zilch in response. It was super frustrating, so I really hope this store steps up their game in the future.
