But I didn't realize they were coming from overseas, so it took way longer for them to arrive than I thought it would, which was super annoying. Thankfully, when I contacted customer service about the delay, they got back to me quickly and gave me all the tracking details I needed.

Online shopping experience
I made a purchase online not long ago and man, was I let down by the customer service. I had to shoot off multiple emails just to get a return label, and then ended up waiting weeks for my refund. Can you believe I had to keep bugging them to actually give me back my money? The whole online shopping thing was a mess and definitely not user-friendly.
