Shoes are not comfortable and they don't fit. I contacted the company right away about returning them and got a quick reply, that I could wear them for up to 180 days before deciding to return them. Why wear uncomfortable shoes? I tried them on and decided to return them. Now I get no replies to my emails.

Cheaply Made
Cannot get a response from customer service. The shoes hurt between my toes. I don't know how I can get my money refunded. Cheaply made.
It took time and me ... them constantly but finally got my refund yesterday, 10/22/2021. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office and filed a dispute with my credit card company. These people are not trustworthy. Their shoes are poor quality. They make you jump through hoops to get a refund. No phone number and their website will not let you post a negative review. I just kept sending email after email and I sent the pictures they required.

Not a trustworthy business. Buy at your own risk. Shoes are poorly made. Their website says 180 day guaranteed return, just send back. There is no return label provided. You have to send them pictures so they can decide if the shoes are returnable and if you will be reimbursed for return shipping fees of $9.99. I filed complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. They have finally sent me a return label today. I will return and see if I am credited. I will not let them keep my money and will continue to pursue.

They were quick to arrive. Right shoe at heel poorly sewn causing back of my foot to rub on it. I usually read reviews before I order but unfortunately I did not this time. No way to contact except by email. i I sent two emails. I'll dispute with my credit card so they will not be paid.
Just keep after them. File a complaint with your states Attorney Generals office and file a dispute with your credit card company. They want you to give up. Took me quite some time but got my refund. They need to be put out of business.
