I recently used a tax preparation service and had a bad experience that has me worried about the security of my personal info. Even with two-factor authentication, I was flagged as a potential fraud and had to jump through hoops to prove my identity, like giving them a copy of my driver's license. This unnecessary hassle made me miss the tax deadline, which was annoying and a big pain. Now I'm concerned about my personal info being safe and scared that my identity might get stolen. I usually go out of my way to protect my privacy and identity, so this whole thing has left me feeling let down and unsure about using this tax service again in the future.

Floral dress purchase
I bought this really pretty floral dress from this store back on February 21st, but it's been over two weeks now and I still haven't gotten it. I reached out to ask for an update, but haven't heard anything back yet. This lack of communication and slow shipping has really disappointed me and it's definitely giving me a bad impression of this store.

E-cig purchase
OMG you guys, I just had the worst experience buying e-cigs online. I ordered three times and spent over $150, only to have one of the items arrive broken. I had to send pics and videos to prove it, but they didn't want to own up to it. Instead, they offered me some worthless points as compensation. Then, the second order came and you won't believe it - another broken e-cig! I feel totally ripped off. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store, seriously. Their customer service is terrible, they don't care about their customers at all. And to top it off, the after-sales team couldn't even speak proper English. So frustrating!
