    No accountability, bad customer service
    I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with IGP (Indian Gifts Portal) regarding the delivery of Rakhi items that I had ordered from their website. I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with their services.

    I placed an order for Rakhi gifts for my siblings well in advance to ensure they would receive them on time for the Raksha Bandhan festival. I was given a delivery date range that should have allowed plenty of time for the items to reach their destination. However, the items were not delivered within the promised time frame.

    As the delivery date approached, I started to become concerned about the status of my order. I reached out to IGP's customer support multiple times to inquire about the delay, but each time I was met with vague and unhelpful responses. They claimed that my order was in transit but failed to provide any tracking information or concrete details about when it would arrive.

    The Rakhi items finally arrived three days after the Raksha Bandhan festival had passed. This delay not only caused immense disappointment for my siblings but also ruined the spirit of the festival for our family. The whole purpose of sending Rakhi gifts is to celebrate the bond between siblings on a specific day, and IGP's incompetence completely overshadowed this sentiment.

    What adds to my frustration is the lack of accountability and poor customer service I experienced throughout this ordeal. IGP did not take responsibility for the delay and failed to offer any compensation or gesture of goodwill for their mistake. Their customer support was unresponsive and unapologetic, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer.

    I had trusted IGP to deliver my Rakhi gifts on time, but they utterly failed to meet this basic expectation. I am deeply disappointed by their unprofessionalism and lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I will certainly not be using their services in the future, and I strongly discourage others from doing so as well, especially when it comes to important occasions like festivals.

    In conclusion, my experience with IGP regarding the late delivery of Rakhi items was nothing short of a disaster. They not only failed to fulfill their commitment but also demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. I am extremely dissatisfied with their services and would advise everyone to look for alternative options for their gifting needs.
