Overpriced test scam
I can't believe how shady this website is! They make it seem like you're getting one thing, but then bam, it's actually something completely different. And the prices? Ridiculously high for what you end up with. On top of that, they use sneaky tactics to push people into buying stuff they don't even want. It's so dishonest and just plain wrong. I definitely wouldn't trust them!

Convenient return label
The return label included in the box is a total game changer for me when it comes to online shopping. Cute skirt
I got this super cute skirt online for the first time and I was really excited about it. The website said it would be at the store by Jan 17th, but when I checked on Jan 24th, it still wasn't there! I reached out to customer service, and they told me it didn't even ship until Jan 16th. Why would they lie about the ship date, you know? It's not cool to mess with customer's expectations like that. And when I asked about it, they acted like it was my fault or something. Not cool at all, man.
