    White shoes with red stains

    I can't believe how bold this company is! After waiting three times longer than they said for my order, my white shoes showed up all scuffed and dirty with red marks. When I called customer service, they actually told me "white shoes get dirty." Can you believe that? They hadn't even been worn and they expect me to be okay with them looking used? It was a really terrible experience overall!

    Faulty shoe purchase

    I just bought this pair of shoes from this company and the right shoe has been giving me issues from the start. I asked for help and they gave me a bunch of steps to try and fix it. I did everything they said, waited for things to improve, but no luck. They keep saying there's no problem based on the pictures I sent. How can photos show what's wrong with the rubber? Dealing with Derek has been a total nightmare and I'm really fed up with this whole thing.

    Software feedback after few weeks

    I've been using this software for a while and it's been really great. It gets the job done without slowing down my computer, which is a big plus in my book. You should definitely give it a try, you won't regret it!

    Cute skirt

    I got this super cute skirt online for the first time and I was really excited about it. The website said it would be at the store by Jan 17th, but when I checked on Jan 24th, it still wasn't there! I reached out to customer service, and they told me it didn't even ship until Jan 16th. Why would they lie about the ship date, you know? It's not cool to mess with customer's expectations like that. And when I asked about it, they acted like it was my fault or something. Not cool at all, man.
